BRAD A. CATLIN
Brad is an associate at Price Waicukauski & Riley, LLC, where he has worked since 2008. His practice is focused on complex and class litigation and involves multiple different jurisdictions within the United States. He is currently involved in multidistrict class litigation involving Celebrex, Bextra, Actiq, Gabitril, and Provigil. Brad has also been assigned as Class Counsel in a lawsuit against State Farm for a breach of its duty to treat its insureds with good faith in the wake of hail storms which occurred on April 16, 2006. Brad is also involved in the ongoing nationwide asbestos litigation.
In addition to this mass and class action litigation, Brad is a member of our personal injury and attorney malpractice litigation groups and has participated in complex business litigation cases.
Brad is a native of the greater-Indianapolis area and attended Wabash College as an Honor Scholar. He graduated from Wabash cum laude in 1996 with an A.B. in Political Science. Brad obtained his law degree from the University of Notre Dame School of Law in 1999. While in law school, Brad worked for Jones Obenchain, LLP, a law firm in South Bend, Indiana, which litigates in a wide variety of legal areas.
After graduating from law school, Brad served as a law clerk to Hon. Mary DeGenaro of Ohio's Seventh District Court of Appeals. In that capacity, Brad assisted the judges of that Court as they dealt with many complex legal issues, including issues involving class action litigation. Brad also helped prepare material and questions for the Ohio exam governing certification as specialist in Appellate Law.
Brad is admitted to practice in the States of Indiana and Ohio.
