Henry practiced with Barnes & Thornburg for 22 years handling many of their most challenging litigation cases, including antitrust, products liability, civil rights and other cases. Henry was selected as one of Indiana's Super Lawyers in 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, and 2009 (representing the top 5% of practicing attorneys as determined by their peers) and has an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell (highest ratings for quality and ethics). His current practice concentrates primarily on class actions representing plaintiffs, commercial disputes, civil litigation, and trust and bank litigation.
