HENRY J. PRICE J.D. cum laude, Michigan; LL.M. (trial advocacy) Georgetown (graduated first in class); Assistant Editor, Michigan Law Review; Winner, Henry M. Campbell Moot Court Competition and 3rd Place, National Moot Court Competition. Henry practiced with Barnes & Thornburg for 22 years handling many of their most challenging litigation cases, including antitrust, products liability, civil rights and other cases. Henry was selected as one of Indiana's Super Lawyers in 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007 (representing the top 5% of practicing attorneys as determined by their peers) and has an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell (highest ratings for quality and ethics). His current practice concentrates primarily on class actions representing plaintiffs, commercial disputes, civil litigation, and trust and bank litigation.
