Ms. Kendall is an associate at Price Waicukauski & Riley, LLP where she has worked since 2004. Her work is primarily concerned with product liability class actions. She is currently involved with several multidistrict litigations including the following:

Ms. Kendall oversees our welfare and benefit fund litigations and works closely with national counsel from across the
United States
in consumer class actions. Ms. Kendall also practices in our personal injury and medical malpractice litigation areas.
Ms. Kendall graduated from
Ball State University
with a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood/Elementary Education. Prior to law school Ms. Kendall taught at Indiana University-Purdue University in
Indianapolis
.
She earned her law degree from Indiana University School of Law in 2004. While in law school Ms. Kendall was on the Dean Tutorial Society and was the recipient of the Norm Lefeistein award. During law school she worked closely with a law professor in performing legal research for two published articles; Julie Manning Magid, Pregnant with Possibility: Reexamine the Pregnancy Discrimination Act, 38 Am. Bus. L. J. 819 (2001). Julie Manning Magid, Contraception and Contractions: A Divergent Decade Following Johnson Controls, 41 Am. Bus. L. J. 115 (2003).
