Profile:
Jamie is an associate at the Indianapolis based plaintiffs’ litigation firm, Price Waicukauski & Riley, LLC. Her practice focuses primarily on product liability class actions, pharmaceutical drug litigation, personal injury and medical malpractice litigation. She is currently involved with several multidistrict litigations including the following: Avandia, Zicam, Yaz, Levaquin, Kugel Mesh, Zyprexa, and Seroquel. She works closely with national counsel from across the United States in consumer class actions.
Jamie graduated from the Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis where she was the recipient of the Norm Lefeistein Award. In addition, she has been selected to Indiana Super Lawyers’ Rising Stars (2009 and 2010), a designation which recognizes the top up-and-coming attorneys in the state.
During law school, Jamie interned for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. She was admitted to the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals in 2007; 7th Circuit Court of Appeals in 2007; 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals in 2009 and she is a member of Indiana Rights for Life.
